Meeting called to order by Sgt. of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Justin Coffman, Jacob Ferrebee, Ken Jacob, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Randy Mills, Stephanie Mills, Jason Randall, John Rathke, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, Terry Bartel, Marvin Hug, Gary Mohre and Tom Szymczak.

Treasure's Report given by Treasurer Justin Coffman with Motion to accept by Marvin Hug, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.

Motion to accept Ashley Kunesh as a Member by Matt Krill, 2nd by Jason Raymond.  Motion passed by voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers advised that solicitation for Cops with Kids started on November 13.  He will also be working on the schedule for officers to be at Walmart for shopping and at the movie.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers gave an update that 3 year Trustee is Jason Raymond, 2nd year Trustee would be John Rathke and 1st year Trustee is Ed Biederstadt.
Still some tickets available to buy for the Henry rifle.  Drawing once tickets are sold.
Jeremy Viers asked if Scott Boyd and Tyson Wasilewski can still be a part of the Lodge for the amount of work days from each.  Motion by Gary Mohre to move both from Active Members to Associate Members, 2nd by Terry Bartel.  Motion passed with voice vote.
Motion by Andy Skiles to move Tracy Williamson to Life Member, 2nd by Jeremy Viers.  Motion passed with voice vote.
