Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers.  The following members were in attendance:  Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Dan Cline, Gale Horn, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, Marvin Hug, John Doseck, Gary Mohre, Matt Uran, and Tom Sxymczak.

Motion by S. Suchocki and 2nd by R. Buehrer to accept the minutes as posted at the meeting.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by M. Krill, and 2nd by J. Raymond to accept the Treasures report as submitted by President Viers.  Motion passed after voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
J. Viers presented a request from “Let it go Ministries” for a financial donation to purchase items that will be offered at the 39th Blizzard Auction held on January 27th.  Motion by M. Krill and 2nd by G. Horn to donate $150.00.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Cole and Jacob Uran, son’s of life member Matthew Uran, both read thank-you speech that they had written in response to the Lodge supporting their Fair goat projects.

Motion by M. Hug and 2nd by G. Horn to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
