Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at Lodge with the following members present:
Jeff Arnold, Matt Arnold, Kevin Beck, Matt Krill, Mose Mohre, Bill Noethen, Jim Snivley, Kirk Stickney and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Rachelle Delno and Steve Suchocki (Military leave).

Motion by B. Noethen, 2nd by K. Beck to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

No Treasurer’s report as Treasurer not present.  J. Arnold reported the Show Account has approximately $16,977.00.

J. Arnold reported we will have 60 kids for the ‘Cops with Kids’ on Saturday, December 16.  The event will start at 9:00 AM and all Chief’s will be getting a fax advising where the officers should report.

The TV tower and antenna has been installed for an approximate cost of $950.  Also, blinds have been installed in the windows of the game room.

M. Arnold thanks all officers for their support for the untimely passing of his daughter.  A scholarship fund is being set up in her memory to be monitored by FOP181.  He requested that this scholarship be available to non-members as well that are in need of financial assistance for college.  He will have better guidelines set up in the future.

Motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by B. Noethen to donate $250 per year for the next four years to this scholarship fund.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by M. Krill to make the 2nd donation for the year of $100 to Neighbors in Need.  Motion passed after voice vote.

B. Noethen reported the tables he was to purchase are going on sale soon.  He will get them purchased at the sale price.

B. Noethen was requested to check the current prices of poker tables and report back at the January, 2007 meeting.

It was explained to M. Mohre that even though he is an Honorary member of the Lodge, he has voting privileges the same as a regular member.

There being no further business, motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by M. Krill to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
