Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at Lodge with the following members present:
Jeff Arnold, Kevin Beck, Jennifer Bosiacki, Roger Brown, John Doseck, Greg Harkey, Gale Horn, Matt Krill, Bill Noethen, Jim Snivley, Tom Szymczak and Jim Walker.  Excused member was Rachelle Delno.

Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by K. Beck to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by T. Szymczak to accept the treasurer’s report.  Motion passed after voice vote.

After some discussion, B. Noethen was directed to check with various banks for better interest rates.

New members Jennifer Bosiacki and Greg Harkey introduced themselves.

New member: Mario Rodriguez, Bryan PD.  Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by T. Szymczak to accept. Motion passed after voice vote.

S. Nihart read a thank you card from Lauber Group, Inc. for accepting them as the Lodge insurance carrier.

M. Krill reported for the retirement banquet committee stating they have checked with Mohre Spirited Dining in Bryan for prices.  Unknown if there will be a DJ.  The committee is to do some further checking.

J. Snivley reported that Kelley’s Awards in Bryan can make the plaques.

J. Arnold reported the Cops with Kids program will be held December 15, 2007 at 0900.  Officers should be at either Wal*Mart or K-Mart by 0830.  He will be notifying each department which store they should report to.  The pizza party will be at 1030 at Wesley Methodist Church in Bryan.

S. Nihart read a request from Teresa Goebel for the Lodge to purchase an ad in the Bryan yearbook. Motion by J. Snivley, 2nd by T. Szymczak to reject the request.  Motion passed after voice vote.

S. Nihart advised the next regular meeting will be in January 2008.

There being no further business, motion by K. Beck, 2nd by T. Szymczak to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
