Meeting was called to order by Jeremy Viers who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Nick Lanzer, John Rathke, Andrew Skiles, Terry Bartel, Marvin Hug and Jeremy Viers.

Treasurers Report was given by Justin Coffman with Motion to accept by John Rathke, 2nd by Terry Bartel with Motion passing with voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
Ben Baldwin had given Jeremy Viers a request to support the SART Symposium being held April 24-25, 2025.  Motion by Jeremy Viers to give $1,000.00, 2nd by Randy Buehrer with Motion passing after voice vote.  There will be two seats available for free because of the amount given.
Jeremy Viers handed out a reminder regarding the Cops with Kids event, Saturday December 14 at Walmart and the movie Theater.  JR Jones will be organizing that with Greg Ruskey organizing Walmart.
Mike Watkins our District Trustee was present to talk about state issues being supported by Ohio FOP.
Spoke about making changes to the Lodge By-Laws if wanting to have an Associate Member or Lodge in the future.
