The pizza party should start at about 10:00 AM. K. Hager reported work is still being done on the memorial monument as they are having some problems with the artwork. C. Rose reported on prices for fireproof lateral filing cabinets. Prices he received were $1,400 for 2 drawer and $1,877 for 3 drawer. After discussion, the general consensus was that we don't need the cabinets to be fireproof. Further discussion was tabled until prices are received on regular cabinets. S.
