Meeting called to order by president Jeremy Viers at the lodge with the following members present:  Terry Bartel, Kevin Beck, Scott Boyd, Chris Chappa, John Doseck, Matt Franzdorf, Steve Grimes, Tracy Harding, Darrell Higbie, Gale Horn, Jeremy Jones, Nick Lanzer, Gary Mohre, Randy Mohre, Bill Noethen, Jason Shaffer, Jim Snivley Tom Szymczak, Jim Walker and Tyson Wasilewski.  Excused members were Jennifer Bosiacki, Matt Fedderke, Joseph Greer, Dan Griffin, Kirk Stickney, and Leo York.

Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by S. Boyd to accept the minutes of the last 2 meetings as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)

Motion by J. Viers, 2nd by C. Chappa to accept new members Justin Garza.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Proposal for Constitution and By-Laws change to Article III, Section II regarding Life Membership with T. Szymczak presenting.  Matter was discussed and additional language to include an attendance requirement for State and Grand Lodge.  A rewrite will be done and addressed at the January meeting.

Motion by J. Snivley, 2nd by J. Jones to send new applicant B. Johnson, Sr. letter directing him to seek Defiance County Law Enforcement Association.  Also advising him should he meet the criteria of our By-Laws he may re-apply.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Letter to be sent to Scott Pollick advising him that he wasn’t accepted by 3/4 membership vote and that he can re-apply in six months.

Reminder of the Christmas party at the Lodge on December 5, 2010 at 1300 hours.

Cop with Kids will be December 18, 2010 at Wal*Mart at 0800 hours.

There being no further business, motion by T. Szymczak, 2nd by G. Mohre to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
