Meeting called to order by Vice-President Jason Shaffer at the Lodge with the following members present:
Jeff Arnold, Matt Arnold, Greg Brillhart, Rachelle Delno, Jim Edwards, Dan Griffin, Matt Krill, Mose Mohre, Bill Noethen, Colin Rose, Jim Snivley, Steve Suchocki, Tom Szymczak, Jeremy Viers and Jim Walker.

Motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by R. Delno to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion by J. Snivley, 2nd by M. Krill to accept the treasurer’s report.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Siding will be done at a work detail to be held December 3 and/or 4, 2005.  An e-mail will be sent to all as a reminder.  (Sec’y note: This was not done due to bad weather).

J. Arnold reminded everybody that the ‘Cops with Kids’ will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2005 with the party afterwards at Wesley Church in Bryan.  He will be sending letters to each department advising store assignments.  We will be handling approximately 55 kids this year.

J. Viers reported he is ready to spray the drywall.  S. Suchocki reported he has the flagpole light completed.

New member Ben Walkup, Williams Co. Sheriff’s Office.  Motion by J. Arnold 2nd by C. Rose to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

B. Noethen reported he will be donating a Lazy Boy recliner to the lodge and offered to sell his 52” television to the lodge for $700.  A decision on purchasing the TV was tabled until the addition is completed.

There being no further business, motion by C. Rose, 2nd by M. Arnold to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
