Meeting was called to order by Gary Mohre who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, John Rathke, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Terry Bartel, Marvin Hug, Ken Jacob, Gary Mohre, Tom Szymczak, and Jeremy Viers.

Secretary report was not posted on the website.

Treasurers Report given by Justin Coffman with Motion to accept by Randy Buehrer, 2nd by Terry Bartel with Motion passing with voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Members were advised that the solicitation agreement has been signed for the Cops with Kids.  Date is December 13, 2025 starting at 9 am.  Theater has been reserved which will serve breakfast food.  Second group will be served pizza and pop.  In addition, there will be a date set with JFS employee Melinda Reynolds for kids with autism.
Received in the mail was a thank you note and letter from SART Clinic for the donation.
Also received was an invitation to the 18th Annual Holiday Soiree on November 15, 2025.  Money from the soiree will be given to Sarah's Friends.  Motion to buy 2 tickets for $100.00 from Tom Szymczak with 2nd by Jason Raymond.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers also brought up that there were tickets available for the Veterans Ball if anyone wanted to attend.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers brought up something new to help with attendance.  Attending meetings or signing up for work days will give members a ticket each time for a gun raffle.  There was one gun remaining that will be raffled to a member at the October 2026 meeting.
It was also mentioned that any members not able to attend meetings would only have to pay $25.00 to keep their membership active.
A review conversation was held of Members holding positions for the Lodge.  It was agreed with Members present that all would continue with John Rathke being asked if he would like to be a 3 year Trustee.  He agreed and below are the positions available for a Motion to be passed.

Motion by Jason Raymond to accept all positions with 2nd by Terry Bartell.  Motion passed with voice vote.
