Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Members in attendance were Ed Biederstedt, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Jason Raymond, Steve Schlosser, Andy Skiles, Jeremy Viers, Terry Bartel, Marvin Hug, Tom Szymszak, Jim Walker and Paul Zawodny.  Jeremy Viers reported that Scott Boyd called in that he was working.

Motion by Jason Raymond to accept Secretary Report, 2nd by Randy Buehrer with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave October Treasure's Report.  Motion by Marvin Hug, 2nd by Steve Schlosser to accept report with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

OLD BUSINESS:
Tom Szymszak brought up the CIRS training regarding officers understanding incident trauma and going through or having a response team on call or available.  The trainers would charge a fee of $3,500.00 and any officers up to 20 could go through the training at no cost to them or their department.  Motion by Jason Raymond for the Lodge to pay the cost, 2nd by Terry Bartel with Motion passing after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers updated members about the material about fund activity from The Bryan Area Foundation regarding the Tara Arnold Scholarship.  He also advised of the contract split with the fundraiser on the Cops with Kids.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers asked members about the septic system which members believed were two leach beds to the west of the building.  Any decisions regarding the system would be tabled.
It was discussed about Chris Chapa not available to do the Copy with Kids as done in previous years.  Tom Szymczak stated he could work with prior D.A.R.E. Deputy, Paul McCord and organize for the future.  He would reach out to Sheriff Kochert and Chiefs of each department to use the SRO’s and guidance counselors to get this year going.  Motion by Jeremy Viers to allow Tom Szymczak to organize, 2nd by Justin Coffman with Motion passing after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers requested permission to send an email to current members regarding dues owed to the Lodge or that person would be removed and have to apply again.  Motion by Steve Schlosser, 2nd by Andy Skiles with Motion passing after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers asked members if anyone was interested in running for an office position for the Lodge.  Discussion was that current Officers would need a Motion and Trustee's would move to the next level.  Randy Buehrer agreed that he would help at the 3 year Trustee.  Steve Schlosser made the Motion to keep current officers, 2nd by Andy Skiles with Motion passing after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers advised members that they might want to schedule a Law Enforcement Retirement Banquet for 2022 at the Bryan Eagles.  Susie's Lunch Wagon as provided food in the past and would be a good option.
