Meeting called to order by Sgt. of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Members present were Ed Biederstadt, Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, John Rathke, Andrew Skiles, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers, Terry Bartel, Marvin Hug, Gary Mohre, Tom Szymszak, Jim Walker and Paul Zawodny.

Motion by Randy Buehrer to accept September's minutes as posted on the website, 2nd by Jim Walker with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Scott Boyd to accept with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

Dalton Surbey was accepted as a new Member of the Lodge after his application was held for one month.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers and Justin Coffman gave updates about Cops with Kids event with movie times and food being provided.

NEW BUSINESS:
Justin Coffman updated Members about the recommendation by the insurance company to increase amount due to the cost to replace garage and contents.  Motion by Steve Suchocki, 2nd by Matt Krill to pay the increase with Motion passing after voice vote.

Justin Coffman talked with Denny Wilson about the door to the garage that needs replaced.  He will get a quote and report about cost to replace entire door and frame.

Motion by Jeremy Viers, 2nd by Tom Szymczak to donate $400.00 to Bryan Rotary for their Christmas program.

Solicitors for Cops with Kids will be working at 144 S Lynn, Bryan and will run November 14 through December 16.

Motion by Jeremy Viers to sponsor a fall party for law enforcement, November 19 with pulled pork being purchased by Lodge.  2nd by Gary Mohre with Motion passing after voice vote.

Elections for 2023 took place with all positions staying the same.  John Rathke was nominated by Gary Mohre to fill the 3 year Trustee position which he accepted.  Remaining Trustees would be 2 year Trustee, Ed Biederstadt and 1 year Trustee, Stan Nihart.
