1900 Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers with the following members present:  Ed Biederstedt, Randy Buehrer, Dan Cline, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Steve Schlosser, Steve Suchocki, Steve Towns, Hayworth Treace, Tom Szymczak, Terry Bartel, Stan Nihart, Gary Mohre, Andy Skiles and Jim Walker.

Treasurer’s Report:  Motion made by Tom Szymczak to accept the Treasurer’s report, 2nd by Steve Suchocki.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Old Business:
President Jeremy Viers wanted to remind everyone that the Shop with a Cop program will be on Saturday December 10, 2016 at the Bryan Wal-Mart at 0800.  The dinner following, will be at the Church of the Nazarene on Townline Rd.
Steve Towns requested that the lodge pay to replace a trail camera system and to continue to pay for the monthly fee for one year.  The fee is $10.00 a month for twelve months for a total of $120.00.  A motion to accept this payment was made by Matt Krill, 2nd by Randy Buehrer.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers requested the lodge pay $2000.00 toward legal fees for Tom Szymczak for his recent involvement in a police involved shooting, 2nd by Steve Schlosser.  Motion passed after voice vote.

New Business:
Stan Nihart presented an application for a new member, Mike Padisak, from the Bryan Police Department.  Tom Szymczak made a motion to accept Mike as a new member, 2nd by Matt Krill.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers and Gary Mohre addressed an issue that occurred at this year’s FOP Revere Raffle.  A physical altercation occurred between Miguel Gomez (Non member) and Matt Uran who is a member of the lodge, which continued to escalate to a point where both parties were removed from the raffle.  Gary Mohre made a motion to ban both Matt, and Miguel from the 2017 Reverse Raffle, 2nd by Justin Coffman.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Stan Nihart requested that the lodge hold the 2017 Reverse Raffle on Saturday October 7, 2017, 2nd by Matt Krill.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Stan Nihart also made a motion to have at least one parent present to work the Reverse Raffle to have their child qualify for the scholarship program.  Any deviation from this must be approved by two board members, 2nd by Tom Szymczak.  Motion passed after voice vote.
