Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers.

The following members were in attendance:  Ben Baldwin, Ed Biederstedt, Randy Buehrer, Chris Chapa, Dan Cline, Gale Horn, Ken Jacob, Michelle Jacob, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Steve Towns, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers, Terry Bartel, Tom Szymczak, John Doseck and Andy Skiles.

Motion by T. Szymczak and 2nd by S. Suchocki to accept the minutes as posted at the meeting.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by M. Krill, and 2nd by G. Horn to accept the Treasures report as submitted by President Viers.  Motion passed after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:  None

NEW BUSINESS:
T. Szymczak asked for support of the Edon Library Christmas Program and talked how it has been beneficial to families surrounding the Edon area.  Motion by M. Krill and 2nd by T. Bartel to donate $150.00 to the Edon Public Library Christmas Program.
C. Chapa advised: Solicitations start Nov. 15th and tentatively Cops with Kids will be on Saturday Dec. 9th with the pizza party and Santa to follow at the Nazarene Church, 312 Town Line Rd., Bryan.  Program will also be coordinated with P.A.T.H. Academy for Autism, 132 W. High St., Bryan as it was last year.
Motion by J. Viers and 2nd by M. Krill to move Michael Willis to life time member status.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Motion by J. Viers and 2nd by T. Szymczak to move Andy Skiles from Honorary Member status to Active Member status.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Request donation by J. Garza was read.  Donation of $100 to sponsor the Diamond Kings Baseball Academy with FOP name going on participants game shirts.  No motion was made.

ELECTIONS:
Nomination by M. Jacob and 2nd by M. Krill for Andy Skiles as Secretary.  A. Skiles elected Secretary after voice vote.
Nomination by B. Baldwin and 2nd by S. Suchocki for Tom Szymczak as Vice-President.  Nomination by M. Jacob and 2nd by C. Chapa for Steve Towns as Vice-President. After secret ballot count by Trustee T. Bartell, Tom Szymczak elected Vice-President.
Nomination by M. Jacob and 2nd by M. Krill for Randy Buehrer as 3 year Trustee.  T. Buehrer elected 3 year Trustee after voice vote.
Historian position left vacant by G. Horn.
