Meeting called to order by Sergeant of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Members in attendance: Ed Biederstedt, Scott Boyd, Dan Cline, Justin Coffman, Jason Raymond, Andy Skiles, Steve Towns, Hayworth Treace, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, Terry Bartel, John Doseck, Gary Mohre, Stan Nihart and Tom Szymczak.

Bill Retcher was in attendance and received a plaque recognizing him for his assistance at the reverse raffles.  Mike Tusko was not present but recognized with a plaque for his years of service at the raffle.  Stan Nihart was presented a plaque for his years of service organizing and hard work making the raffle successful.

Motion by Tom Szymczak, 2nd by Justin Coffman to accept September’s secretary report as posted on the website.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by JR Treace to accept Treasures report as submitted by Treasurer, Stan Nihart.  Motion passed after voice vote and hard copy attached.

Motion by JR Treace, 2nd by Terry Bartel to close elections.  Motion passed after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers advised that 8 tickets remain for the Veterans Ball, November 10.  Tickets offered to members that are veterans, members and then open to citizens that are veterans.
Castor’s inspected the water softener regarding maintenance and recommended replacement into a single tank that would work best for the type of usage.  Motion by Stan Nihart, 2nd by Matt Krill to accept and have Castor’s make the change for $1,889.00.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Stan Nihart updated members on the reverse raffle and that he will be stepping back from organizing the fundraiser.  Motion by Jeremy Viers, 2nd by Stan Nihart to have a committee of Ken Jacob, Justin Coffman, Jeremy Viers and Andy Skiles chair next year’s raffle.  Motion passed after voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
Motion by Jeremy Viers, 2nd by Andy Skiles to spend around $200.00 for a new popcorn machine.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Motion by Jeremy Viers, 2nd by JR Treace to purchase 2 laptops and QuickBooks software for record keeping around $400.00 each.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Tom Szymczak and Justin Coffman updated membership on Kyle Wheeler’s progress from his accident.  Motion by Jeremy Viers, 2nd by Andy Skiles to have committee consisting of Tom Szymczak, Justin Coffman, JR Treace and Jeremy Viers with reach out to the family to see what might be needs.
Motion by Stan Nihart, 2nd by Ed Biederstedt for new battery, trickle charger and tire repair for Kubota and tools for the shed to help with repairs would be a floor jack and jack stands.  Motion passed after voice vote.
