Meeting called to order by Gary Mohre and led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Randy Buehrer, Ken Jacob, Matt Krill, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Gary Mohre, Tom Szymczak and Jeremy Viers.

Motion to accept Secretary Report posted online by Randy Buehrer, 2nd by Jason Raymond with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasurers Report was given by President Jeremy Viers with Motion to accept by Matt Krill, 2nd by Randy Buehrer with Motion passing with voice vote.

Motion by Jason Raymond to accept new Members, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.  New Members are Zachary Blue, Ashlyn Figy who was present for the meeting, Ross Butler, Brogan Vance, Emilyanne Cox, Randy Mohre, and Shailynn Bohner.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers handed out Cops and Kids fliers for this year's Christmas shopping and movie day, December 14, 2024, starting at 9:00.
Jeremy Viers had 2 tickets remaining which will be available for first come first served.
Andy Skiles mentioned that an email has been sent regarding dues owed to the Lodge.  Please make sure your dues are paid or your membership with the FOP will be removed.

NEW BUSINESS:
Motion by Andy Skiles to move Tim Livengood and Ken Jacob to Life Member.  2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
With October being election month, all Members wished to stay in their respective positions as the year before with the only change to the Trustees.  Motion by Jason Raymond to accept the nominations, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
