Meeting called to order by President Kevin Hager at the Lodge with the following members present: Motion by J. Snivley, 2nd by J. Arnold to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted. Motion passed after voice vote. Treasurer's report: (refer to hard copy of minutes) J. Arnold reported the 'Cops with Kids' will be conducted December 21, 2002 at Wal*Mart and K-Mart in Bryan beginning at 9:00 AM for approximately 50 kids. Officers should report to the stores by 8:30 AM. The pizza party should start at about 10:00 AM. S. Grimes has applied for reinstatement as a regular member and has paid his dues. Motion by J. Viers, 2nd by J. Arnold to accept his application. Motion passed after voice vote. Election of officers for 2003: President: Vice-President: Secretary: Treasurer: Sergeant at Arms: Chaplin: 3 year Trustee: (2 yr Trustee: Jim Snivley, 1 yr Trustee: Bill Noethen) K. Hager reported the Memorial is being engraved and should be done soon. K. Hager reminded everyone that the Criminal Justice Octoberfest is going to be held this Saturday, October 26, starting at 6:00 PM. S. Nihart reported the Lodge had donated $300 to the Living with Cancer Group of Williams County. K. Hager read a thank you card from them. K. Hager reported the Lodge had purchased three $45 reverse raffle tickets from the Edgerton FD and we had won $35 in the drawing. J. Shaffer made a request for a donation for him to again attend the FOP Polar Bear Plunge this year. Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by R. Walsh, to donate $200. Motion passed after voice vote.
