Meeting called to order by president Jeremy Viers at the lodge with the following members present:  Jeff Arnold, Chris Chappa, Duiane Cluckey, Rachelle Delno, Darrell Higbie, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Gary Mohre, Stan Nihart, Steve Towns, Jeremy Viers and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Kevin Beck, Jennifer Bosiacki, John Doseck, Matt Fedderke, Dan Griffin, Jeremy Jones, Mario Rodriguez, Kirk Stickney and Tom Szymczak.

Motion by G. Mohre, 2nd by Matt Krill to accept the minutes of the last 2 meetings as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report not reported.

Update on the Reverse Raffle is that beer, wine and some alcohol will be available for the raffle.  No one under the age of 21 will be able to enter.  We still need workers mainly in the kitchen after we eat to clean.

We have approximately $3200.00 in door prizes from area businesses.  We will be giving a door prize every 4th ticket now.

We plan to have 3 side raffles for a Holiday Inn Room, Casebere car detail, and a Summer Family pool pass.  We need roasters, please contact Stan Nihart if you have one we can use for the raffle.  We would like to look into the lodge buying some roasters for all type of events the Lodge holds.

We need 2 tall people to pull names off the wall for the raffle.  Anyone who wants to help please let Stan Nihart know.

The ticket held out will be sold after there are only 50 tickets left.

Second chance raffle will be $5 a square or 5 for $20.  If the winning square is not sold the money will stay with the FOP.

After the raffle is over we are asking members to bring chips or pretzels as the Lodge will NOT be supplying these.

Shop with a Cop will be December 18, 2010.  Same time of 8am at Wal-Mart.  Shopping will start at 9am with pizza party at Wesley afterward.  We are expecting 65-70 kids this year.  Kids names are give by the school system or by referral.  Soliciting will start at the end of November.  Not sure what we are going to do for candy this year.  Linda’s husband is getting up there in age and he is the one who gets us the candy every year.

Reminder dues are due by the October meeting.  If you get a letter and believe you fulfilled the requirements please see Rachelle.

There will be no Octoberfest this year.  We will be holding elections in October also.

Motion by S, Nihart, 2nd by D. Cluckey to hold a kids Christmas party for members on December 5, 2010 at 1pm.  Lodge will supply pizza, candy, prizes for games.  Please bring a passing dessert.  Motion passed after voice vote.
