Meeting called to order by Sgt. Of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Members present were Ed Biederstadt, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Steve Mendez, Steve Schlosser, Andrew Skiles, Jeremy Viers, Terry Bartel, Marvin Hug, Gary Mohre, and Tom Szymszak.

August Secretary's report was on the website along with April and May's.  Motion by Matt Krill to accept, 2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave Treasure's Report.  Motion by Steve Schlosser, 2nd by Terry Bartel to accept with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

Accepted are new members are Brian Robinson, and Zachery Zampbell and Derek Beardsley from Bryan PD.  New member application received from Andy Skiles was Dalton Surbey from the State Highway Patrol.  That application will be tabled for a month.

OLD BUSINESS:
Tyson Wasilewski has been working on the bathroom fan and lights on the property.  He'll continue to keep working to include exterior motion sensor lights.
Jeremy Viers stated the same solicitors are available for Cops with Kids this year.  Motion by Jeremy Viers to book solicitor, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.  Still looking for a better location for solicitor to collect donations.
Some Members and other officers played in the softball game.  A thank you was received by Tyler Maynard that Special Olympic players had a good time.
Jeremy Viers stated again that the attendance is low for the retirement banquet, October 8.  Tickets are still available for $30.00 and encouraged everyone to try to get people to attend.
Members that are Veterans have had the first opportunity to use the tickets purchased by the Lodge.  Seats are now available for members to use.
Justin Coffman cleared up some confusion regarding a tile run across the lower area.  He will continue to talk with the county engineer's office to get the job done with no expense.  There will be taxes involved for property owners however everyone will benefit.  Motion by Randy Buehrer, 2nd by Ed Biederstadt to keep working with the county.

NEW BUSINESS:
Andy Skiles mentioned that Sarah's House will collect donations for the Task Force for agencies to learn and work together for domestic violence.  Tom Szymczak also gave information and believed that the task force was doing great things.  Motion by Steve Mendez for $500.00, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers advised members that Duane Kluckey's family has been driving to Cleveland for medical treatment for one of his kids.  Motion by Matt Krill to give $250.00 in $50.00 gas cards, 2nd by Randy Buehrer with Motion passing after voice vote.
