Meeting was called to order by Gary Mohre who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Tom Szymczak, Terry Bartel, Gary Mohre, Marvin Hug, and Jeremy Viers.

Motion by Marvin Hug to accept August's Secretary Report posted on the website, Terry Bartel 2nd with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasurers Report given by Jeremy Viers with Motion to accept by Tom Szymczak, 2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing with voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
We received a thank-you from the Special Olympics Softball Hero Game for the donation and all the Officers that attended.

NEW BUSINESS:
Reminder was given on upcoming dues to be paid at the end of next month and to check on your attendance with Lodge Secretary Andy Skiles.  Elections will be during October meeting.
Jeremy Viers discussed the last remaining gun that the Lodge received from sponsoring a table with the Friends of the NRA Banquet.  Motion by Gary Mohre to one raffle ticket to every member in attendance at meetings and/or completing a work detail starting at the next October meeting and ending at the 2026 October meeting with name being drawn for the gun with 2nd by Marvin Hug.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers asked for permission to enter into agreement with OTMC, LLC to solicit donations for the Lodge again this year starting November 10th, 2025 through December 12th, 2025.  The annual Cops with Kids program date being set on December 13th.  Motion by Matthew Krill to enter into contract with OTMC LLC with 2nd by Terry Bartel.  Motion passed after voice vote.
