Meeting called to order by Gary Mohre who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Justin Coffman, John Rathke, Terry Bartel, Ed Biederstedt, Marvin Hug, Matt Krill, Gary Mohre, Andrew Skiles, and Tom Szymczak.  Jim Walker was excused due personal medical issues.

Justin Coffman gave Treasurers Report with Matt Krill to accept.  2nd John Rathke with Motion passing after voice vote.

Motion by Gary Mohre to accept the May Secretary Report posted online.  2nd by Ed Biederstedt with motion passing with voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
A summary by Andy Skiles that the Bill Noethan golf outing and Bike with the Bridge all went well.

NEW BUSINESS:
Motion by Justin Coffman to give $75.00 to each member's child for being involved in the fair.  Will get members to respond to the report next month.  2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
Motion by Jeremy Viers via Justin Coffman to shop at Oberlin's Recycling for cemetery stones listed for sale.  His desire is to get a discount from the recycling center for a memorial for Members who have passed away to be placed at the Lodge.  2nd by Marvin Hug for $1,200.00 to be allowed to shop for a stone.  Motion passed after voice vote.  A conversation Matt Krill started regarding needing a committee if a stone is purchased to design a place and type of landscaping.  Will be discussed further if a stone is purchased.
Justin Coffman was asking for a Motion regarding accepting the same solicitors for Cops with Kids.  Motion by Ed Bieterstedt with second by John Rathke.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion to adjourn by Matt Krill with 2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing after voice vote.
