Meeting called to order by President, Jeremy Viers who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  The following members were in attendance:  Ed Biederstedt, Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Andy Skiles, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers, Tracy Williamson, Terry Bartel, Tom Szymczak and Jim Walker.

Motion by Randy Buehrer to accept August Secretary Report, 2nd by Jim Walker with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave September Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Steve Suchocki to accept treasurer's report with Motion passing after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
No old business was discussed.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers notified members that Doug Baker was available again for soliciting FOP donations for the Cops with Kids fundraiser.  Motion by Jim Walker to continue as in years passed to continue with Doug, 2nd by Steve Suchocki with Motion passing after voice vote.
Discussion between members regarding a new roof for the garage.  It was discussed that a quote would be offered to the members and the possibility of members doing the work.  Discussion tabled until quotes will be given.
Jeremy Viers notified members that Nick Lanzer is running in an upcoming event called The Great American Relay sponsored by The American Association for Cancer Research.  Nick talked about marathon's he's qualified for and ran and the upcoming leg across part of Williams County to support.  Motion by Tom Szymczak to give $300.00 to Nick Lanzer to help with entry fees, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
