Minutes for June 2011 Meeting:  Accepted along with Treasurer report for previous month.

Treasurer Report for current month August 2011:  refer to hard copy of minutes
The report made several suggestions on how to get higher yields on accounts, while still having a low risk to funds.  The report was well laid out and very informative.
Motion to accept treasurer report by Jeff Arnold and second by Matt Krill, to enact report when ready.

Motion to accept David Richmond as a member, he was accepted with an I vote.

Old Business:
Raffle tickets:  All sold but 10-Most door prizes have been collected, signup sheet and work details are filled.  The raffle account has a balance of $7000.00.  Past recipients are requested to help out with set up and clean up.
No new variation of SHOP WITH A COP at this time.
State Lodge Award presented to the membership with recognition of special events and outstanding attendance of entire lodge.

New Business:
Discussion for Tara Arnold golf outing for June 9th 2012 at Suburban Gold Course
Motion to accept:  Jeremy Viers, Second Gary Mohre – motion passed on an I vote.
Discussion of October fest for fall of 2011 24th of October – Possible potluck style.
Any activity planned for 9/11 – Nothing set up for our organization
Should put in date for next year raffle – Oct. 6th or 13th 2012
