OLD BUSINESS:
Terry Bartel discussed difficulty he had with Zoom about hearing and not being able to talk during the discussion about the life membership vote.  His request is in the future, the Lodge consider to have motions voted on in person that may require a secret ballet or a more accurate counting of the votes.
Jeremy Viers asked members if anyone wanted a steak dinner that had been given to the lodge.  It was discussed and it would be offered to the 2nd shift Bryan PD officers.
Jeremy Viers advised members that Relay for Life didn't take place as planned.  It was part of May's Motion that it could be considered a donation if the relay was canceled.  Motion by Jeremy Viers that the $400.00 be given as a gift, 2nd by Tom Szymscak.  Motion passed after voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers advised members the review by the Trustees of the Complaint filed at the May meeting about the pending expulsion of a member.  A discussion took place regarding the conviction, appeal and resignation to avoid additional prosecution.  Also discussed that the Member's conduct listed in the complaint and supporting documentation should be the only thing the Members of the Lodge should consider and for the Trustees to give their recommendation.  Motion by Steve Schlosser, 2nd by Gale Horn to hear the recommendation and have a secret vote.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Trustee Stan Nihart notified members that the Trustees found in favor that Member Steve Towns be expelled from the Lodge.  A secret vote took place and resulted in eight members voting in favor of the Trustees recommendation.  Two votes were not in favor with one member abstaining from voting.  By-Laws Article XII, Section IV require that 2/3 or 7.26% of the votes must be in favor for the expulsion to take place.  Jeremy Viers noted to Members that the By-Laws also require that Steve Towns be notified by a letter from the Secretary that his membership has been expelled.

Motion to adjourn by Terry Bartel, 2nd by Randy Beuhrer.  Motion passed after voice vote.
