Meeting called to order by Sgt. of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members present were Scott Boyd, Ken Jacob, Matt Krill, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers, Tyson wasilewski, Terry Bartel, Kevin Beck,
and Gary Mohre.
Motion by Gary Mohre to accept May's Secretary Report as posted, 2nd by Tyson Wasilewski with Motion passing after voice vote.
President Viers gave Treasure's Report as reported to him by Justin Coffman. Motion for a vote was not given.
OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers reminded members that the Lodge still has 2 guns to be raffled at a future fundraiser.
Work day had four members present, Jeremy Viers, John Rathke, Mike Willis and Andy Skiles.
NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers advised that the Special Olympics softball game with law enforcement will be September 7, 2023. Motion by Gary Mohre to give $500.00 as a donation
to The Williams County Special Olympics. 2nd by Steve Suchocki with motion passing after voice vote. All law enforcement is encouraged to attend.
There will also be a softball game challenge between Bryan Police and Fire Departments verses Williams County Sheriff's Office and Williams County EMS. August
7, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
Motion by Kevin Beck to purchase a table at the Veterans Ball for $500.00. 2nd by Steve Suchocki with motion passing after voice vote. Seats reserved for
Veterans first and then open for other members if seats would be available.
Jeremy Viers talked about the Cops with Kids contract for this year. Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Jason Raymond to have the same solicitor's with Motion passing
after voice vote.
Motion by Jeremy Viers to give $500.00 to Sarah's Friends for a formal soiree at the Veteran's Memorial Building, November 18, 2023. 2nd by Andy Skiles with
Motion passing after voice vote.
Motion by Jason Raymond to give $50.00 to each child of a Member for fair project. 2nd by Scott Boyd with Motion passing after voice vote.
Motion by Gary Mohre to adjourn, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
