Meeting called to order by president Jeremy Viers at the Lodge with the followings members present: Rachelle Delno, John Doseck, Darrell Higbie, Gary Mohre, Stan Nihart, Bill Noethen, Jason Shaffer, Tom Szymczak, Jeremy Viers, Jim Walker and Tyson Wasilewski. Excused members were Jennifer Bosiacki, Mike Marcheck and Jim Snivley. Motion by T. Szymczak, 2nd by G. Mohre to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted. Motion passed after voice vote. Treasurer’s report: (refer to hard copy of minutes) The Golf Outing cleared over $1000, with over 14 teams. There were enough door prizes for everyone. Special thanks to P. Zawodny and M. Arnold. Torch Run for Special Olympics was a success with News Channel 13 there via satellite and the Bryan Times was also present. Everyone who participated received shirts and J. Viers was asked to run the torch into the stadium and light the fire in Columbus. We were close to our goal of $500. Reverse Raffle is set for October 9, 2010 at the Bryan Eagles. We would like an officer from each town to try and get door prizes. We are selling 200 tickets for $40 each. If you get any door prizes please let S. Nihart know as he is in charge of the door prizes. Also if you need tickets to sell please let S. Nihart know that also so he can get you some. Supper will be served at 5:30pm and raffle will start at 6:30pm. We will be serving chicken and beef, pop, water, wine and beer. If you want anything else to drink it will need to be purchased. M. Tusco is the MC for the night. We are asking member to help out with the event with the door checking tickets, odd and ends people, door prizes handed out and 2nd chance board. If you can help out please let S. Nihart know. Motion by J. Shaffer, 2nd by J. Walker to be taken off of the automatic service by Snow Fire Protection as it isn’t needed. Secretary will make contact. Motion passed by voice vote. Motion by B. Noethen, 2nd by T. Szcymzcak, to send a letter to the 1st and 2nd place teams of the golf outing for donating their winnings back to the FOP. Motion passed by voice vote. M. Arnold has prepared all of the thank you letters for all of the sponsors. Motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by J. Walker to send 1 delegate for the State FOP Conference and pay for their expenses. Delegate is to be R. Delno. Motion passed by voice vote. Motion by T. Szcymzcak, 2nd by G. Mohre to pay for the hotel for J. Viers for the Torch Run in Columbus. Motion passed by voice vote. Motion by J. Shaffer, 2nd by B. Noethen to check into prices for frames to put the FOP Polar bear Plunge and the baseball jersey shirt in to hang up on the Lodge wall. Motion passed by voice vote. There being no further business, motion by J. Shaffer, 2nd by B. Noethen to adjourn. Motion passed by voice vote. Motion to reconvene by S. Nihart, 2nd by B. Noethen. Motion by B. Noethen, 2nd by J. Shaffer to change the motion to pick up the hotel room expense to give J. Viers $250. Motion passed by voice vote. There being no further business, motion by T. Szcymzcak, 2nd by T.
