Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Jeff Arnold, Matt Arnold, Kevin Beck, Stan Bryner, Dan Griffin, Kevin Hager, Ken Jacob, Carl Long, Dan McGee, Bill Noethen, Scott Pollick, Jeff Ridgway, Colin Rose, Jason Shaffer, Jim Walker and Paul Zowodny.

After reading of the minutes of the last meeting, motion by C. Rose, 2nd by K. Hager to accept. Motion passed after voice vote.

C. Rose reported that the officer's of the Lodge can obtain credit cards in the Lodge's name to handle small expenses.  Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by S. Nihart to obtain credit cards for the officers, specifically President Stan Nihart, V-President Kevin Hager, Secretary Jim Walker and Treasurer Colin Rose.  Motion passed after voice vote.

K. Beck reported for the Building Committee and introduced Kurt Smith of Lutterbein Lumber.  Mr. Smith made a presentation comparing pole and stick built 24x24 buildings.  After much discussion, motion by B. Noethen, 2nd by S. Pollick to proceed with the construction of a stick built garage to be built by Lutterbein Lumber.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Mr. Smith advised his company would be able to start construction in approximately 1 month and be completed in approximately 2 weeks.

S. Nihart presented a request by P. Zawodny to donate $75 to Cancer Assistance of Williams County. P. Zawodny, J. Viers and S. Grimes will be riding bikes in this event.  Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by M. Arnold to make this donation.  Motion passed after voice vote.

J. Arnold reported on the Cops with Kids program.  Doug Baker of Ohio Telemarketing Connection has offered us a 50-50 cut on the gross profits with no guarantee.  Mike Boswell, Rosewood Productions, has offered an $18,000 minimum guarantee or greater profit on 30% of gross.  Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by K. Beck to accept the Ohio Telemarketing Connection offer.  Motion passed after voice vote.

J. Ridgway reported the June 16th party being held at the Lodge is ready to go.

There being no further business, motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by K. Hager to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
