Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Members remained standing for a moment of silence and reflection for the passing of Active Member and Deputy Sheriff Mick Frisbie.  Chaplain Matt Krill opened the meeting with a prayer for support and fellowship during this time.

Motion by Steve Suchocki, 2nd by Jason Raymond to accept minutes as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Randy Buehrer to accept treasures report submitted by Treasurer, Stan Nihart.  Motion passed after voice vote and hard copy attached.  Jeremy Viers gave update on Vanguard account and offered transparency reports regarding lodge accounts.

Motion by Jason Raymond, 2nd by Matt Krill to approve membership application recommended by Jeremy Viers for Tracy Williamson.  Tracy Williamson has been a full time officer with Bryan Police and assigned to the detective bureau.  Motion passed after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers reminded members of the motel room reserved for the OTOA conference.

NEW BUSINESS:
Motion by Jason Raymond to pay entry fee of $200.00, 2nd by JR Treace to sponsor a team for the Bill Noethen Memorial Scholorship golf outing.  Motion passed after voice vote.  Steve Schlosser will chair the team.
Jeremy Viers brought up the Relay for Life event at the fairgrounds.  Motion by Ed Biederstedt to spend $400.00 for items that could be auctioned at the FOP Raffle, 2nd by Matt Uran.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Motion by Steve Suchocki for up to $750.00 on a replacement popcorn machine, 2nd by JR Treace.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers advised membership that FOP has a Critical Incident Response Service available for officers and pamphlets were left for officers to take.  Discussion continued regarding funeral details.
Motion by Matt Krill to pay $150.00 to rental hall for lunch following funeral, 2nd by Steve Suchocki.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Motion by Matt Krill to pay Negly Stockman $300.00 for photograph/video of funeral details, 2nd by Justin Coffman.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Steve Schlosser offered to members that they were having a department chaplain available on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 7:00 pm to talk with anyone regarding the passing of Mick.
Motion by Steve Schlosser to move active member Mick Frisbie to deceased member and FOP Marker to be placed at burial site, 2nd by Steve Suchocki.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Motion by Matt Uran to donate $1000.00 to Brandi Frisbie and family for expenses, 2nd by Steve Suchocki.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jim Walker asked members to help supply four-wheel drive team with first aid kits.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Jason Raymond.  Motion passed to pay $1,129.70 with or without assistance from the Williams County Prosecutor’s Office after voice vote. (Note:  Williams Co Prosecutor agreed to pay half for the kits)
Paul Zawodny asked members if the FOP Golf Outing would be offered again.  Motion by Steve Suchocki, 2nd by Justin Coffman to continue outing.  Motion passed after voice vote.  Paul Zawodny will chair event.
Greg Ruskey asked members to help pay transportation costs of Deputy Andy Collert to travel home from his vacation in Florida for the funeral of Mick Frisbie.  Motion by JR Treace to pay $560.00, 2nd by Steve Suchocki.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion to adjourn by Matt Krill, 2nd by Terry Bartel.  Motion passed after voice vote.
