Meeting was called to order by Terry Bartel who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Jacob Ferrebee, Tracy Harding, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Jason Randall, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Terry Bartel, Ed Biederstedt, and Jeremy Viers.

March and April Secretary Reports were present.  Motion by Randy Buehrer to accept, Terry Bartel 2nd with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasurers Report given by Justin Coffman with Motion to accept by Matt Krill, 2nd by Jason Randall with Motion passing with voice vote.

Membership was approved for Philip Fry from West Unity.

Scholarships have been handed out.

OLD BUSINESS:
Conversations continued regarding money market with a Motion by Andy Skiles to approve Matt Krill, Tresurer, Justin Coffman, Trustee, Jason Raymond and President, Jeremy Viers to be on a committee to discuss further decisions.  2nd by Randy Buehrer with Motion passing after voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
It was brought up by Justin Coffman regarding Bryan PD hosting a training opportunity to attend the Reid Technique on August 5-8, 2005.  Cost would be $630 per person for training.
Jeremy Viers advised that the Relay for Life has been moved to Friday, September 19, 2025 from 5-11 pm at the Williams County Courthouse.  Motion by Jason Raymond to give $200.00 with 2nd by Ed Biederstedt with Motion passing by voice vote.
Jason Viers brought up that the gifts given to Members' kids taking animals to the Williams County Fair.  Motion by Jason Raymond to give $75.00 with 2nd by Jason Randall with Motion passing after voice vote.
Conversation regarding a Lodge fun day event being held at Wyse Guys in West Unity.  Conversation was tabled regarding which Sunday in August for the event.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Jason Raymond with Motion passing after voice vote.
