Meeting called to order by President at the Lodge with the following members present:

Motion By M. Krill, 2nd by T. Livengood to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  Treasurer absent

Old Business:
Open discussion on concrete drive.  Issue tabled till more quotes come in.
Reminder: No meetings in June or July
Looking into having Golf Outing at Orchard Hills.

New Business:
Motion by J. Viers, 2nd by Matt Krill to pay for Ice Cream at the Bryan Dairy Queen following the Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics.  Motion passed after voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by R. Buehrer, 2nd by J. Walker to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
