Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members present were Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Ken Jacob, Matt Krill, John Rathke, Jason Raymond, Steve Schlosser, Jeremy Viers, Matt Zook, Kevin Beck, Gary Mohre, and Tom Szymczak.  Secretary Andy Skiles reported his absence due to son's baseball awards night.

Jeremy Viers requested for a Motion to accept Secretary's report as written.  Motion by Marvin Hug to accept, 2nd by Steve Schlosser with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill to accept, 2nd by Randy Buehrer to accept with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.
Justin also requested to move money in the show account.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Scott Boyd to move $25,000.00 with Motion passing after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Matt Zook was present for his acceptance into the Lodge.  Motion by Steve Schlosser, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
New member application for Matt Franzdorf would be tabled until next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:
Four scholarships were awarded for $2,000.00 each.  Motion to accept by Matt Krill, 2nd by Jason Raymond with Motion passing after voice vote
