Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers at the Lodge with the following members present: Jeremy Viers, Matthew Krill, Justin Coffman, Justin Garza,
Gary Mohre, John Doseck, Terry Bartel, Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Keven Jacob and Tyson Wasilewski.
Motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by J. Garza to accept the previous minutes as posted. Motion passed after voice vote.
Treasure’s Report: (Report included with hard copy only)
Motion by M. Krill, 2nd by S. Boyd to accept the treasure’s report as given. Motion passed after voice vote.
OLD BUSINESS:
New security fob key system is in and the old keys will only work for another 30 days. See Stan Nihart to get your first fob key free of charge. Motion
by J. Viers, 2nd by R. Buehrer to charge $10 for additional fob keys. Motion passed after voice vote.
Reminder that the Williams County Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Ohio Special Olympics is Saturday, June 18th. The Coordinator Jeremy Viers is also starting
a leg of the Torch Run on June 17th in Defiance. Runners are needed for both legs.
Reverse raffle tickets to benefit the FOP Scholarship are now on sale for $40.00. Raffle is October 1st and workers are needed. See Stan Nihart for
tickets. Dinner is catered by Dinner by Design.
NEW BUSINESS:
Motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by J. Garza for the Lodge to sponsor two FOP Family Days. On Sunday, July 10th the Lodge will sponsor members and their families to
play paintball at the Paintball Plex and a cookout to follow at the Lodge. On Sunday, August 14th the Lodge will sponsor members and their families to play bow
and arrow tag using the Dare equipment with the assistance of Dare Officer Paul McCord. Cookout at the Lodge to follow. Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers read a request submitted by Dexter Ridgway, son of member Jeff Ridgway. Request was made for an unspecified amount of support to help fund Dexter
while he studies abroad in Sweden. Motion by K. Jacobs, 2nd by S. Boyd to donate $100.00 to Dexter Ridgway. Motion passed after voice vote.
Motion by M. Krill, 2nd by S. Nihart to adjourn. Motion passed after voice vote.
