Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Kevin Beck, Kevin Hager, Bill Hodapp, Matt Krill, Carl Long, Bill Noethen, Jeff Ridgway, Colin Rose, Jason Shaffer and Jim Walker.

After reading of the minutes of the last meeting, motion by C. Rose, 2nd by K. Beck to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

New members:  Stan Bryner and Jeff Priester, both of Pioneer PD.  Motion by C. Rose, 2nd by K. Hager to accept both contingent they attend the next regular meeting unless they are scheduled to work.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer's report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)

Bills totaling $653.04 were paid.

K. Beck reported for the Building Committee.  He advised he would be receiving a price from Lutterbein Lumber in the next few days.

S. Nihart requested next months meeting be moved up due to conflicting with the Bryan Jubilee and Bryan members not being able to attend.  Next months meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 5.  S. Nihart also advised that the July and August meetings will be cancelled due to summer months.

S. Nihart reported that Pinnacle has gone out of business but one of the former employees has contacted him requesting to handle our future shows.  Doug Baker has made an offer of 50-50 cut in proceeds.  Motion by B. Noethen, 2nd by C. Long to accept this offer pending we also get a guarantee as in previous years.  Motion passed after voice vote.

S. Nihart led discussion concerning the Lodge obtaining a credit card to handle small expenses.  Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by S. Nihart for Treasurer C. Rose to check into this.  Motion passed after voice vote.

K. Hager reported the Red Cross has thanked the Lodge for the $100 donation.

C. Rose reported on prices he received from Fountain City Furniture.  $750 for a couch and chair or $1,250 for a combination sectional/couch/bed.  He is recommending we purchase the sectional.  Motion by K. Hager, 2nd by J. Walker to purchase the sectional.  Motion passed after voice vote.

J. Ridgway reported that nothing has been done about completing construction of the swing set.

C. Rose presented designs by his son for an FOP banner.  No further action was taken at this time.

There being no further business, motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by C. Rose to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
