Work detail started at 6:00 PM with a presentation by Doug Bernath of FM Investments beginning at 7:20 PM while the lodge provided hot meals to those in attendance.  Mr. Bernath explained investment options and the various return possibilities on investments.

Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge at 8:25 PM with the following members present:
Jeff Arnold, Jim Edwards, Dan Griffin, Bill Hodapp, Matt Krill, Carl Long, Mose Mohre, Colin Rose, Steve Suchocki and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Kevin Beck, Greg Brillhart, Jason Shaffer and Jim Snivley.

Motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by J. Arnold to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by M. Krill, 2nd by S. Suchocki to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

B. Ross was not present to report on his findings concerning lodge insurance.

S. Nihart presented a list of work items that need done at the Lodge.  This list will be posted at the Lodge and any member that completes the items is asked to check it off the sheet.

M. Mohre donated 50 pounds of popcorn to the Lodge.

After some discussion, motion by M. Krill, 2nd by S. Suchocki to purchase a lawn roller for the Lodge. Motion passed after voice vote.  S. Nihart is to make the purchase.

S. Nihart reported we’re running out of room in the garage and need to add on.  He reported we can add on to the north up to 24 feet.  After some discussion, various members agreed to get price quotes from some contractors before any decision is made.

After a short discussion, motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by M. Krill to deposit the CD into the savings account on a temporary basis when it comes due on May 6, 2004 until a decision can be made to re-invest it.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Due to lack of time to prepare, the Lodge will not be presenting an Officer’s Memorial Service this year.

C. Rose requested a donation to the fireworks raffle to be held May 8, 2004.  Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by M. Krill to purchase 4 tickets at $60 each for a total donation of $240.  Motion passed after voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by M. Krill to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
