Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members present were Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Jacob Ferrebee, Matt Krill, Jason Raymond, Steve Schlosser, Jeremy Viers, Matt Zook, and Marvin Hug.  Secretary Andy Skiles reported his absence due to son's baseball game.

Jeremy Viers reported that the Secretary's report was posted on website.  Motion by Jason Raymond to accept minutes, 2nd by Matt Zook with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill to accept, 2nd by Randy Buehrer to accept with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

OLD BUSINESS:
Joclyn Jones at Bowling Green State University received the $500.00 FOP Scholarship given by the Bryan Area Foundation.
Jeremy Viers advised the formal retirement banquet will be on October 8 for $30.00 per ticket to be held at the Bryan Eagles.  Events will be to recognize officers that have retired with a catered meal, open bar, raffles, games and a DJ for the dance.
Justin Coffman advised members that taxes have been completed.
The mowing calendar is out with empty spots.  No formal work day but trimming grass and weeds needs done.  Possible to have a get together with burgers, hot dogs, etc.
Jeremy Viers reminded members of the Memorial Service at the Courthouse square.
