Meeting called to order by Sgt. of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Ed Biederstedt, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Ken Jacob, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Steve Mendez, Stephanie Mills, John Rathke, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Jeremy Viers, Terry Bartel, Kevin Beck, Marvin Hug, Gary Mohre, and Tom Szymczak.

Motion by Kevin Beck to accept March's Secretary Report as posted, 2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Justin Coffman reported the door to the garage had been finished.
Jeremy Viers asked members if there was any further conversation regarding the Captain Custar sign.  Members talked about the sign either being refurbished or made from metal or plastic and the color of paint involved.  Discussion was tabled for a future meeting.
Jeremy Viers stated that he still had two tickets available for the NRA Banquet held in Defiance if anyone could attend.  No one present was able so Jeremy will try to find two people that would be available to go.

NEW BUSINESS:
The scholarship committee met and accepted all five applications.  Motion by Randy Buehrer to give each applicant $1,200.00, 2nd by Tom Szymczak with Motion passing after voice vote.
Justin Coffman talked about the guideline that required a Lodge Member being required to help at the annual fundraiser.  It was discussed that since the fundraiser hasn't happened due to covid, that requirement would be removed for future applicants.  Jeremy Viers talked about the fundraiser banquet and said that it hasn't been talked about due to the number of volunteers it would take to make it successful.  None of the members present wanted to take over leadership of running the banquet so the conversation ended with no plans being made.
Andy Skiles talked about the Tara Arnold Scholarship awarded to Tristyn Durdle from Bryan.  Andy Skiles further said that he was available and would attend the ceremony to present the award.  Date of the ceremony is May 15 at 7:00 at the Bryan Arts and Education Auditorium.
Jeremy Viers reported that two new hard plastic tires were purchased online for the zero-turn mower to avoid punctured holes into air filled tires.  He also talked about having a workday to pick up broken tree limbs and clean out the garage.  The Lodge would privide burgers for anyone that would be available to work.  The day will be planned, and an email will be sent to Members to plan the work.
Andy Skiles talked about the Annual Conference being held in June at Sandusky and if anyone was available to attend.  Jeremy Viers Motioned that the Lodge would send two members, 2nd by Matt Krill and decision of who would go was tabled.  Note* It was later learned that Andy Skiles and Kevin Beck were available and would attend as the delegate and alternate.

Motion by Matt Krill to adjourn, 2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing after voice vote.
