Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Roger Brown, Rachelle Delno, Dan Griffin, Colin Rose, Jason Shaffer, Kirk Stickney, Steve Suchocki and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Jeff Arnold, Matt Krill, Bill Noethen, Jim Snivley and Jeremy Viers.

Motion by J. Shaffer, 2nd by C. Rose to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion by R. Brown, 2nd by S. Suchocki to accept treasurer’s report.  Motion passed after voice vote.

J. Walker reported on the building addition.  The walls of the new room are ready to be finished and the new carpet and tile will be installed over the next three days.

S. Nihart advised we still need people to sign up to mow this summer.

College scholarship applications were passed out and should be returned by the next meeting.  Any other member that would like an application should obtain one as soon as possible.

Motion by R. Brown, 2nd by K. Stickney to donate $125 to the Big Brother/Big Sisters bowling to be held Friday, May 5, 2006.  Motion passed after voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by C. Rose, 2nd by S. Suchocki to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
