Meeting called to order by Vice-President Dan Griffin at Lodge with the following members present:
Ryan Baird, Kevin Beck, John Doseck, Gale Horn, Matt Krill, Mose Mohre, Bill Noethen, Kirk Stickney, Jeremy Viers and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Jeff Arnold, Stan Nihart and Jim Snivley.

Motion by J. Viers, 2nd by K. Stickney to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion by M. Krill, 2nd by K. Stickney to accept the treasurer’s report.  Motion passed after voice vote.

New members:
Jeff Ridgway, Bryan PD is requesting reinstatement as a regular member.  Motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by J. Walker to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

D. Griffin read thank you cards from Psi Lota Xi Soriery for the Easter Egg Hunt donation and from the family of Dan Griffin.

Motion by K. Beck, 2nd by G. Horn to donate $250 to 4-H Camp Palmer.  Motion passed after voice vote.

B. Noethen reported one insurance company turned us down for a quote.  He has only received one other quote for insurance but will keep checking.

J. Walker reported the new cabinets, bar, microwave, etc have been installed with the countertops to be completed May 5.

J. Viers reported Poker Night will be held at the Lodge, May 12 beginning at 6:30 PM.

We received 4 College Scholarship applications.  Motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by M. Krill to award $600 each to Emily Doseck, Sadie Griffin, Danielle Nihart and Erin Walker.  Motion passed after voice vote.

After discussion concerning a donation to the Williams County Health Department, it was tabled until we gather more information.  B. Noethen stated he will contact Linda Earle for information.

Several unneeded items were put up for sale.  The old microwave was donated to WCSO, B. Noethen purchased a clock for $1, 2 cabinets to K. Stickney for $1 each.  The remaining items will be donated to the Free Store.

J. Walker advised members help will be needed mowing again this summer.

There being no further business, motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by M. Krill to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
