Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Matt Arnold, Kevin Beck, Dan Griffin, Kevin Hager, Bill Hodapp, Carl Long, Bill Noethen, Scott Pollick, Jeff Ridgway, Colin Rose, Jim Walker and Sam Yoh.

After reading of the minutes of the last meeting, motion by C. Rose, 2nd by K. Hager to accept. Motion passed after voice vote.

New applications for regular membership to the lodge included the following:
Matt Krill and Jason Shaffer, both of the Edgerton PD.
Motion by C. Rose, 2nd by B. Noethen to accept them as members contingent on them attending the next regular meeting so all members can meet them.  Motion passed after voice vote.

President Nihart read a thank you note from Erin Walker thanking the membership for her scholarship award this year.

It was noted that the secretary had received an e-mail from past President Tom Francis stating that he had viewed the current membership roster and advised that Mose Mohre was made an Honorary member in the past.  Mohre was placed back on the roster as such.

Report from J. Ridgway on the Big Brother bowling league.  He stated that P. Zawodny, R. Ponsak, S. Grimes, K. North and himself will be on the team.  Bowling will be April 20th and 21st.

Treasurer's report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)

S. Nihart read a letter from Chelsea Ford who was requesting a donation to assist her serving with the People to People program.  Motion by C. Rose, 2nd by B. Noethen to donate $250 contingent she report on her experience at a regular lodge meeting.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Discussion held on a building addition to the lodge.  Motion by B. Noethen, 2nd by C. Rose nominating K. Beck as a replacement for T. Francis on the building committee.  Motion passed after voice vote. Other members of the building committee are C. Rose, J. Ridgway and J. Arnold.  They are to meet to come up with ideas and report back at a regular meeting.

C. Rose passed on a thank you from his son Eric thanking the membership for his scholarship award this year.  C. Rose also stated that Eric needs a school project in design and would like to do something for the lodge.  It was suggested that he could possibly design a banner for us.

J. Walker was requested to check with Adelphia concerning cable TV service to the lodge.

K. Hager asked about the possibility of holding a Police Officer Memorial Day this year.  J. Arnold is the Sgt. At Arms this year and he will be contacted by the President to look into this possibility.  K. Beck told of a relative of his that served as a homicide detective and is interred at Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier.  Everyone agreed this would be a good idea.

President Nihart stated we will be planning a workday at the lodge in the near future.  Once a date is set, faxes and e-mails will be sent to all members advising them.

There being no further business, motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by K. Beck to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
