Meeting called to order by Sgt. of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Andy Skiles, Jeremy Viers, Randy Buehrer, Tom Szymczak, Justin Coffman, Terry Bartel, Ed Biederstedt, Matt Krill, John Rathke, Jason Raymond, Jason Randall, Nick Lanzer, Gary Mohre and Ashley Kunish.

Motion to accept Secretary Report posted online by Matt Krill, 2nd by Ed Biederstedt with Motion passing after voice vote.

Justin Coffman gave the financial report with Motion to Accept by Randy Buehrer, 2nd by Terry Bartel with Motion passing after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Wyse Guys Pizza in West Unity is reserved for FOP Members and family April 14, 2024, starting at 1:00.  Pizza will be available for free with coins for kids to play video games and pinball.  RSVP to help prepare enough food.
John Rathke, Justin Coffman and Matt Krill will meet an hour before the April meeting to review scholarship applications.
Tom Szymczak reminded members about the training for not-for-profit groups that has been purchased for Lodge members to attend.  Jeremy Viers later stated he would attend.

NEW BUSINESS:
Sarah's Friends mailed a sponsorship form for three different events this year to help offset costs due to programming and for helping survivors seek assistance.  Motion by Jeremy Viers to give $200 for the Rubber Duck Race at Stoney Ridge Winery and $300 for a Team Sponsor for the Charity Golf Outing at Suburban Golf Course.  Tom Szymczak 2nd the Motion that passed after voice vote.  The duck race is May 18, 2024, from 5:30 to 8:30 and golf outing is August 3, 2024.
Jeremy Viers advised of a reverse raffle on May 18, 2024, sponsored by Kamco in West Unity.  Proceeds from the raffle will go to the Relay for Life to be held at the fairgrounds in the summer.  Motion by Jeremy Viers for the Lodge to purchase 10 tickets for the gun raffle for $100, 2nd by Ed Biederstedt with Motion passing after voice vote.
Tom Szymczak advised that the SART Symposium would be held April 24-26 for $300.  He thought it would be educational and encouraged members to go.

Motion by Gary Mohre to adjourn, 2nd by Jason Raymond with Motion passing after voice vote.
