Meeting called to order by Sgt. At Arms Gary Mohre.  The following members were in attendance:  Ben Baldwin, Scott Boyd, Dan Cline, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Steve Mendez, Jason Raymond, Steve Schlosser, Andy Skiles, Steve Suchocki, Steve Towns, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, John Doseck, Gary Mohre, Stan Nihart, and Tom Szymczak.

Motion by Jason Raymond, 2nd by Matt Krill to accept minutes as posted on website.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by Steve Suchocki, 2nd by Matt Krill to accept Treasures report submitted by Treasurer, Stan Nihart.  Motion passed after voice vote and hard copy attached.

Motion by Jason Raymond, 2nd by Steve Schlosser to approve membership applications recommended by JR Jones for Homer Chapa, Sr. and Homer Chapa, Jr.  Homer Chapa, Sr. is an Investigator with the Ohio Department of Pharmacy.  Homer Chapa Jr. is a full time patrolman with West Unity Police.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Application for potential Steve Doctor was tabled until he could attend a meeting.

OLD BUSINESS:
Popcorn machine fixed but still not working well.  Purchase of new or used machine from Pence’s was discussed and tabled.
FOP scholarships will be due by April 15, 2019.  Scholarship committee will be Matt Krill, Justin Coffman and Steve Schlosser to meet early by next meeting to discuss.

NEW BUSINESS:
Gary Mohre brought to attention of member Mick Frisbie regarding legal fees.  Motion by Justin Coffman, 2nd by Scott Boyd to have $2,000.00 available for legal fees.  Discussion continued that money is available if personal legal fees are needed.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers brought to attention that the Bryan Area Foundation (BAF) has $1,000.00 available for officers to attending training upon application.
Swanton PD sent a fax to Bryan PD regarding a T-Shirt fundraiser regarding Swanton Police Chief, Adam Berg going through cancer treatment.  Motion by Jason Raymond, 2nd by Steve Schlosser for $200.00 cash donation to medical expenses.  Motion passed with voice vote.

Motion to adjourn by Jason Raymond, 2nd by Tyson Wasilewski.  Motion passed after voice vote.
