Meeting called to order by President Kevin Hager at the Lodge with the following members present:
Stan Bryner, Jim Edwards, Dan Griffin, Matt Krill, Jason Shaffer and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Jeff Arnold, Matt Arnold, Jim Foltz, Carl Long, Scott Pollick, Jeff Priester, Colin Rose and Rachelle Walsh.

After reading of the minutes of the last meeting, motion by D. Griffin, 2nd by M. Krill to accept.   Motion passed after voice vote.

New member:
Denny Manley, Bryan Municipal Court Bailiff and Pioneer PD is requesting re-instatement.  Motion by S. Bryner, 2nd by J. Shaffer to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

B. Noethen was contacted by phone and advised the table and chairs should be at the lodge by the next meeting.

K. Hager reported on the quotes for the driveway from Kurt Smith.   Blacktop $14,850 and concrete $12,270.  Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by J. Edwards to table any decisions until the next meeting.  Motion passed after voice vote.

K. Hager read a letter from Jeff Sleesman, Edgerton PD, thanking the Lodge for the K-9 donation.

The Police Officer Memorial Committee is to be meeting with the County Commissioners to request holding the memorial service on the square as well as the possibility of placing a permanent memorial stone on the square.  The Committee is to report back at the next meeting.

K. Hager advised that J. Ridgway has been fired from Bryan PD but is still in the appeals process.  Further discussion was tabled concerning his membership status until the next meeting.

J. Walker advised that William Holloway, Bryan, and Marlin Pettit, Edgerton are interested in starting an Associate Lodge.  It was decided to let them check into this and report back to the lodge membership.

K. Hager reported on Lee Lawrence’s baby having several major surgeries in Ann Arbor, MI since her birth.  Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by M. Krill to donate $200 to Lee for travel expenses.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by S. Bryner, 2nd by J. Edwards to reinstate L. Lawrence effective immediately as an active member.  Motion passed after voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by D. Griffin, 2nd by S. Bryner to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
