Meeting was called to order by Gary Mohre who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Nick Lanzer, Terry Bartel, Ed Biederstedt, Ken Jacob, Matt Krill, Gary Mohre, Andrew Skiles, Tom Szymdzak, Jeremy Viers and Paul Zawodny.

Motion by Terry Bartel to accept the Secretary Report posted online with 2nd by Gary Mohre.  Motion passed with voice vote.

Treasurers Report given by Jeremy Viers with Motion to accept by Matt Krill, 2nd by Ed Biederstedt with Motion passing with voice vote.

New Member Application for Trooper Adam Foster accepted as a Member.  New Member Application received from Lt. Scott Shuping from the sheriff's office.  It will be kept a month before voting in as a Member.

OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
Report approval regarding Conservation Easement was received from Wildlife Division Bradley Agler.
Motion by Jeremy Viers to purchase a pass for 2 seats for $100.00 at the St. Patrick Silent Auction on April 18, 2026, at the Veteran's Memorial.  2nd by Andy Skiles with Motion passing after voice vote.
Motion by Andy Skiles to give $50.00 to the Thetta Kappa Easter Hunt fundraiser from Edon with 2nd by Ed Biederstedt.  Voice passed with voice vote with 1 obstain.
Andy Skiles mentioned that the FOP State Conference is in July this year at Independence, Ohio.  No paperwork regarding the delegate and assistant delegate has been received so the Motion will be tabled at this point.
Scholarship Committee was selected as Matt Krill, John Rathke, Justin Coffman and Ed Biederstedt.  They will meet before the meeting to review scholarship applications.
Jeremy Viers talked about the finance Committee of Jeremy Viers, Matt Krill, John Rathke, Ken Jacob, and Justin Coffman.  The Committee is making Motions that funds will be held in separate accounts designated by funding purpose at designated to include the following.  The FOP savings account held at F&M will be closed and moved into the Vanguard Federal Money Marked (FOP Savings/Settlement Fund).  The F&M Show Account designated for the Cops with Kids Program will remain but funds in excess of what is needed to run the program for the calendar year may be transferred and held in the Lodge brokerage account designated as the Vanguard LifeStrategy Moderate Growth Fund VSMGX (FOP Cops with Kids Community Fund).  The F&M Scholarship Account will be closed and funds held in the Lodge brokerage account designated as the Vanguard LifeStrategy Conservative Growth Fund VSCGX (FOP Scholarship Account).  2nd to the Motion was Tom Szymczak with Motion passing after voice vote.
Fire extinguishers will be taken to Snow's Fire by Jeremy Viers to be serviced and returned back to the Lodge.
Jeremy Viers will have a mowing schedule made by Members to sign up to mow weekly.
