Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  The following members were in attendance:  Ed Biederstedt, Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Josh Mercer, Andy Skiles, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, Kevin Beck, Gale Horn, Marvin Hug, Stan Nihart, and Tom Szymczak.  Tyler Maynard and JR Treace reported that they were working and could not attend the meeting.

Motion by Randy Buehrer to accept February Secretary Report, 2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave March's Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Scott Boyd to accept treasurer's report with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

Greg Ruskey's Application/Renewal had been tabled from February and was accepted with no objection.  Jeremy Viers notified Members of a New Membership Application received from Ian Younts, Bryan PD.  Members present didn't feel it necessary for additional information and application will be held for one month.

OLD BUSINESS:
None.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers reported to Members that the Conservation Easement was received and will continue with the program.
Andy Skiles reported he received through the mail a notice of a fundraiser by the Friends of the NRA.  Tyson Wasilewski explained the fundraiser in further detail.  Motion by Matt Krill to purchase the Silver Package, $800.00 amount, 2nd by Scott Boyd.  Conversation regarding what would happen to the prizes that might be won.  It was decided that the person that might win a prize would keep the item.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers advised Members that the Scholarships would be voted on in April and they are online to complete and turn in.
