Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Greg Brillhart, Dan Griffin, Tracy Harding, Mose Mohre, Colin Rose, Brian Ross, Jason Shaffer, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Matt Arnold, Matt Krill and Jim Snivley.

Motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by M. Mohre to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion by J. Shaffer, 2nd by S. Suchocki to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

S. Nihart read thank you card from J. Shaffer for the donation to the Polar Bear Plunge.

D. Griffin reported the committee checking into the possibility of a better investment of the money currently in the CD account (which is only drawing 1.86% interest) is still investigating possibilities and will report on their findings at the next meeting.

B. Ross volunteered to check into insurance coverage and costs.

S. Nihart reported for the Honors Banquet committee.  Carl Webb, retired from ODNR, has been added to the list of honorees.  Plaques are ordered and will cost approximately $20 each from Kelly Trophies.  After some discussion concerning an open bar, motion by J. Viers, 2nd by S. Suchocki to have an open bar for the evening.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Trisha Schuller of Tri-State College did not attend the meeting.  S. Nihart advised he will attempt making contact with her to attend the next meeting for a report.

S. Nihart reported we will need some help this year with the lodge property.  We will be spraying for grubs, fertilizing, seeding, mowing, trimming, etc.

C. Rose read thank you card from the Williams County Historical Society for the donation.

S. Nihart advised there will be a work detail beginning at 6:00 PM before the next meeting.

There being no further business, motion by G. Brillhart, 2nd by M. Mohre to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
