Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Kevin Beck, Roger Brown, Matt Krill, Mose Mohre, Bill Noethen, Colin Rose, Jason Shaffer, Jim Snivley, Kirk Stickney, Steve Suchocki and Tom Szymczak.  Excused member was Jim Walker.

Motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by T. Szymczak to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted. Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion by M. Krill, 2nd by K. Beck to accept treasurer’s report.  Motion passed after voice vote.

T. Szymczak reported he had found white gloves for the Honor Guard for $3.50 to $5.40 per pair and no charge for elastic mourning bands.  Motion by R. Brown, 2nd by M. Krill to purchase 50 pairs of gloves at $5.40 per pair and receive 50 mourning bands.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Kirk Stickney, Edon PD, introduced himself.

President Nihart advised that since G. Brillhart has transferred to another lodge, there is an opening for a 2 year Trustee.  Roger Brown was voted in to replace Brillhart.

Motion by B. Noethen, 2nd by R. Brown to have Mohre Electronics install a television tower and antenna.  Motion passed after voice vote.

J. Shaffer asked about the possibility of sponsoring a midget race car, ‘The Flying V’.  A decision was tabled until the next meeting.

$100 was donated to the Theta Kappa of Psi Iota Xi Soriety for the Edon Easter Egg Hunt.

$100 was donated to the Stryker School Partnership.

Discussion was tabled until the next meeting on a decision to hold a Texas Hold ‘em Tournament.

A sign up sheet for mowing this summer will be posted.

The next meeting will be March 28 with a work detail starting at 6:00 PM.

There being no further business, motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by T. Szymczak to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
