Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at Lodge with the following members present:
Matt Arnold, Kevin Beck, Roger Brown, John Doseck, Dan Griffin, Gale Horn, Matt Krill, Mose Mohre, Bill Noethen, Jim Snivley, Kirk Stickney and Jim Walker.

Motion by K. Beck, 2nd by R. Brown to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Tara Arnold Scholarship Fund is now in an interest bearing account.
Motion by M. Arnold, 2nd by K. Beck to accept the treasurer’s report.  Motion passed after voice vote.

New members:
Ryan Baird, Williams County Sheriff’s Office.  Accepted after voice vote.
Scott Pollick, W. Unity PD for reinstatement.  Membership unanimously denied after show of hands.

B. Noethen reported he is getting better quotes for better insurance coverage for the Lodge.  He will present the quotes at the next meeting.

B. Noethen reported that we have been purchasing propane from Hoosier at $2.09 per gallon.  We agreed to switch to Stryker at the last meeting for $1.50 per gallon.  He went to Hoosier to drop the account, found that we have a $1.00 life lease from them for the tank and they agreed to sell us propane at $1.50 per gallon.  We will stay with Hoosier.

S. Nihart read a thank you letter from Alexis Rau for the donation we made to her to attend a gymnastics meet.

G. Horn requested we make a donation to the family for Toledo PD officer Keith Dressel who was shot and killed in the line of duty last week.  Motion by R. Brown, 2nd by M. Krill to donate $1,000 to his surviving family.  Motion passed after voice vote.

B. Noethen reported the Montpelier Senior Center is raising funds to renovate.  Motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by G. Horn to donate $1,000.  Motion passed after voice vote.

FOP scholarship forms we handed out and should be returned by next meeting.

S. Nihart reported that June 5, 2007 will be the 20th Anniversary of the Lodge.  A committee was formed to make plans.  Committee members are R. Baird, B. Noethen, J. Walker, R. Brown and G. Horn.

After some discussion, motion by R. Brown, 2nd by M. Mohre to transfer $10,000 from the checking account to purchase two (2) $5,000 1 year CD’s.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by K. Beck, 2nd by M. Krill to donate $100 to Psi Lota Xi Sorority for the Easter Egg hunt this year.  Motion passed after voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by K. Stickney, 2nd by M. Krill to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
