Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Jeff Arnold, Matt Arnold, Kevin Beck, Shawn Flegal, Kevin Hager, Bill Hodapp, Jeremy Jones, Carl Long, Bill Noethen, Scott Pollick, Jeff Ridgway and Jim Walker.

After reading of the minutes of the last meeting, motion by K. Hager, 2nd by J. Jones to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

New applications for regular membership to the lodge included the following:
Kevin Beck, WCSO;  Paul Feeney, W. Unity PD and Lou Harding, W. Unity PD.
Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by M. Arnold to accept Feeney and Harding as members contingent on them paying the $20 initiation fee.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Motion by J. Jones, 2nd by Scott Pollick to accept Beck as a reinstated member.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer's report:  Treasurer C. Rose not present due to illness and J. Arnold reported approximately ... (refer to hard copy of minutes) ... in the show account.

J. Arnold reported that the Lodge has received the sum of approximately $18,000 from the ODNR on payment for the easement.  (Reference the motion made at the 01-23-01 meeting)

New Business:
Applications for scholarship awards have been received from Shannon Rose, son of Colin Rose and Erin Walker, daughter of Jim Walker.  Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by B. Noethen to award each the sum of $300.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by J. Jones, 2nd by J. Arnold to sponsor Jeremy Viers at the YWCA lift-a-thon to be held 03-03-01 at 9:00 AM with the amount of $100.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by J. Jones, 2nd by K. Hager to donate $100 to the Stryker Schools Parent Partnership program. Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by B. Noethen to purchase four (4) tickets in the reverse raffle being held for John Richard's wife in the amount of $50 per ticket, total amount of $200 with any possible winnings being placed back into the Lodge's savings account.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Request by K. Hager to donate $150 to the Theta Kappa of Psi Iota Xi Soriety for an Easter Egg hunt to be held in Edon April 14, 2001.  Motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by J. Jones to accept the recommendation. Motion passed after voice vote.

K. Hager led discussion of the Lodge assisting the Williams County Chief's of Police Association in the payment of new DUI forms being purchased for the new Williams County field sobriety protocol. Motion by K. Hager, 2nd by J. Arnold to pay the difference of what the Chief's Association does not pay.  Motion passed after voice vote.

J. Ridgway led discussion concerning the Lodge sponsoring a Big Brother bowling league which would consist of $125 sponsorship fee and 5 members of the Lodge to bowl.  Motion by J. Jones, 2nd by J. Arnold for Ridgway to get the team together before we pay the $125 sponsorship fee.  Motion passed after voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by J. Jones to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
