Meeting at the lodge called to order by Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Present members at meeting were Randy Buehrer, Steve Mendez, Steve Schlosser, Kevin Beck, John Doseck, Paul Zawodny, Jim Walker, Gary Mohre, Tom Szymczak, Matt Krill, Justin Coffman, Greg Ruskey, JR Jones, Steve Suchocki, Ed Biederstedt, Nick Lanzer, Scott Boyd, Tyson Wasilewski, and Andy Skiles.  Jeremy Viers reported his absence due to work schedule.

Motion by Steve Suchocki, 2nd by Tyson Wasilewski to accept January minutes as posted.  Motion passed by voice vote.

Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Steve Schlosser to accept January treasurers report given by Tom Szymczak.  Motion passed by voice vote with hard copy attached to report.

JR Jones introduced West Unity Patrol Officer Ryan Axle and his application for membership.  After a short discussion, motion by Justin Coffman, 2nd by Jim Walker to accept application.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Old Business:
Popcorn machine at Pences for repair.

New Business:
Motion by Paul Zawodny, 2nd by Steve Schlosser to give $50.00 to Theta Kappa Sorority for Easter Egg Hunt on April 20, 2019.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jim Walker informed members that some damage was done to the grass by someone that got stuck.  He has spoken with the person responsible and the damage will be repaired as soon as weather permits.
Paul Zawodny wanted members aware that Winthrop Terrace Apartments on Buffalo Road in Bryan are under new management and encourage first responders to live at that location.
Paul Zawodny also notified members that he is working on the golf outing.
