Meeting was called to order by Ed Biederstedt who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Justin Coffman, Steven Graziani, Larry Hussey, Matt Krill, Tyler Maynard, Andrew Skiles, Ed Biederstedt, Marvin Hug, and Jeremy Viers.

Motion to accept Secretary Report posted online by Marvin Hug, 2nd by Larry Hussey with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasurers Report was given by Justin Coffman with Motion to accept by Matt Krill, 2nd by Steven Graziani with Motion passing with voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers commented that there were only just a few tickets left for the gun raffle.  Drawing for the two guns and gift certificates will be drawn when last ticket is sold.
Jeremy Viers and Andy Skiles attended the Williams County Cancer Awareness fundraiser which was sold out.

NEW BUSINESS:
Letter was received from Theta Kappa Sorority regarding the Easter Egg Hunt.  Motion by Marvin Hug to give $1000.00, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
Letter was received from Saint Patrick Catholic School regarding a Fiesta Night fundraiser being held on April 5, 2025 at the Veterans Memorial at the fairgrounds.  Dinner for two is included for the top payout of $7000.00, 2nd would be $1000.00 and 3rd would be $500.00.  Motion by Jeremy Viers to give $100.00, 2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing after voice vote.
Friends of the NRA Banquet will be held on April 5, 2005 at the Gillette Building at the fairgrounds.  Motion by Matt Krill to purchase a table for 8 dinners and 9 big shooters package tickets for $1000.00.  2nd by Andy Skiles with Motion passing after voice vote.
Tyler Maynard was present and spoke about the Park with the Police event he plans each year.  He was talking about collecting donations and costs of different events and gifts given out to kids.  Motion by Steven Graziani for $1000.00, 2nd by Ed Biederstedt with Motion passing by voice vote.
