Meeting called to order by Sgt. at Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.  The following members were in attendance:  Ed Biederstedt, Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Justin Garza, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Steve Schlosser, Andy Skiles, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, Terry Bartel, Gale Horn, Gary Mohre, Tom Szymczak, and Paul Zawodny.

Motion by Steve Schlosser, 2nd by Randy Buehrer to accept minutes as posted on website.  Motion passed after voice vote.

No Treasurer report was given.

Jeremy Viers advised members he received five New Member Applications and all have paid their dues and waited at least a month for a vote.  They are Matt Sammons, BPD, Joshua Mercer, Randy and Stephanie Mills, MPD, and Tracy Harding, EdgPD.  There was no request to have any of the applications voted on separately.  Motion by Randy Buehrer, 2nd by Gale Horn to accept all five applications.  Motion passed after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers advised members that the Lodge received a thank you for the donation to the poultry barn at the Williams County Fairgrounds.
Additional conversation about financial investments but no decisions or further information was known so the discussion was tabled.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers advised members that The Theta Kappa Sorority requested a donation for the annual Easter Egg hunt in Edon.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Steve Suchocki to donate $50.00.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Tom Szymczak reported to members that the Mock Crash will be April 22, 2020 at the fairgrounds.  Setup will be April 21st and help would be appreciated.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Ed Biederstedt to pay up to $200.00 for seven first aid kits for the student helpers.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers had on display t-shirts and ball hats for sale at $15.00 each for members.
Gale Horn advised members he had tickets for a gun raffle by Montpelier Moose on March 14, 2020.  Drinks and food will be available for additional purchase.  Motion by Tyson Wasilewski, 2nd by Steve Schlosser for the Lodge to purchase six tickets for $100.00.  Motion passed after voice vote.  Tickets will be available for members to attend until gone.
Tyson Wasilewski reported that he could change the lights to LED with a little help from members.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Justin Coffman to reimburse the cost and work for a dinner out for three members.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Justin Coffman said he would donate the flat screen tv to the lodge and that the cork board could be moved and the tv mounted on the wall.  Motion by Steve Suchocki, 2nd by Steve Schlosser to reimburse up to $200.00 for a wall mount.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion to adjourn by Gale Horn, 2nd by Gary Mohre.  Motion passed after voice vote.
